Thank you for registering for Forklift Driver’s Training

• Classes are every Tuesday at the Memphis office.

• Payment is due at the time of the class.

• Everyone must have photo ID before receiving certificate & permit card.

• Class check-in is between 8:00 – 8:15 AM and class is 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Students must be in the classroom at 8:30 AM. There will be no late starts.

• STUDENTS MUST WEAR SLIP & PUNCTURE RESISTANT SHOES
